Shipping & Returns
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days after processing
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Chaos Catchers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please:
Check with neighbors or your local delivery office
Contact the carrier directly
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Exchanges
At this time, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund.
